Dylan Thissen is a Dutch professional triathlete competing at Ironman distance. What makes his story remarkable is not just his results — it’s how he got there. In 2021, Dylan began his journey toward professional triathlon while working a full-time 40-hour week. Through a disciplined three-year plan, he developed from a promising amateur into an age-group champion, winning every single race he entered in 2024.
His progress is backed by hard data: his cycling power output has grown from 240W to 310W — a 29% increase — through consistent, linear development. With the support of partners now reducing his working week to 10 hours, Dylan is running the same proven system again, this time at the highest level.
Keep the structure for training, go all in for the races — that’s the Dylan Thissen way. His long-term goal is clear: reach the professional podium by 2028.
We’re proud to be part of that journey. Go Dylan!
